Where research and development are at the heart of the project
We work on projects in key industries such as:
- Industrial machinery
- Agriculture
- Oil & Gas
- Hydroelectric
- Water Cycle
- Electromedical
We also support engineering departments that need to outsource certain activities to speed up design processes, helping companies to stay competitive in ever-changing markets.
Companies that believe in and embrace innovation are able to keep pace with market and societal changes.
Because complex systems, energy transformations, movements, exchange of forces and refinement of details are our motivation and we want to analyze them thoroughly to capture their nature and parameters of influence.
When faced with a problem, we are driven by the curiosity to fully understand it, to understand the parameters that govern it, and to find a way to solve it.
For project development, we use the Stage and Gate model, a project management system that accurately manages time and costs by following each project step-by-step, from initial idea to implementation.
We work step by step: We work step by step: from the idea to the product launch.
1.
Work packages are created, called stages, which have very clear premises: time, cost, objectives and preparation for the next stage.
2.
At the end of each work package there is always a gate where the company’s management checks whether the objectives have been met and whether it is possible to proceed to the next stage or not.

Our scientific and problem-solving approach allows us to thoroughly analyze each challenge and offer innovative and value-added solutions that deliver concrete and measurable benefits.

We are constantly learning and evolving, dedicating a lot of time to internal training (more than 40 hours per year for each employee). This constant research and updating is fueled by our passion for innovation and allows us to offer cutting-edge support that can be a competitive lever for our customers.
